Leader Identification (for grade 6-11)

We believe that leadership should not be measured to the standards of Hollywood as the norm, but rather based on solid values. Therefore we have created a program that focuses on good, solid values. We found that people with good values develop into the best leaders. That is why our programs focus primarily on making sure that all the participants are exposed to experiences that will develop and anchor their values. We believe that everyone in the group must have an experience of character building, even if they are not indicated as leaders.

The Reviewing process

The Valutrix way of reflecting is a product of years of research and development. This method is unique and focuses on the self-discovering and development of all the participating learners. The Experiential learning method is well known and is used worldwide. Valutrix did, however, do further research to develop this method especially for self- discovery and development in solid values. The learners not only learn and (re)discover solid values and it becomes part of their life in a practical way. 

How it works:

We bring the program to your school.

We offer three options in all our programs: Silver, Gold and Platinum.  The Silver program is a four hour and the Golden program is a six hour program. In our Platinum options we add amongst others individual, scientific, computer based assessments of all the participants. All the programs will be presented at your school or on the grounds where you camp. The advantage of having the program at your school is that the whole group can participate and that it is cost effective.  Our equipment is mobile and all our activities are presented on the sport fields or in the school hall.  Our activities are guaranteed to be pleasurable and interactive. We can easily handle up to 250 learners simultaneously.

The program:

Each value is covered through the use of interactive activities and is reflected on by Valutrix facilitators. The facilitators write a report on the learners and the activities and are then send to the school.
